** checks the minutes of the Biomarker and Coordinating Committees to confirm the approval results
** generates a PDF of the Profile document
** uploads the document to the Wiki - [[Special:Upload|Upload file]]
** adds a link to the [[Profiles]] page in the appropriate stage- copy a link on that page to get the format right
** removes the old link on the Profiles page for this profile in prior stage if present
** <mirror up to the qiba.rsna.org webpages for broad availability>

When a profile has been reviewed and approved for publication

  • The Authors inform the Secretariat that a document is ready for publication and provide the Word document.
  • The Secretariat
    • checks the minutes of the Biomarker and Coordinating Committees to confirm the approval results
    • generates a PDF of the Profile document
    • uploads the document to the Wiki - Upload file
    • adds a link to the Profiles page in the appropriate stage- copy a link on that page to get the format right
    • removes the old link on the Profiles page for this profile in prior stage if present
    • <mirror up to the qiba.rsna.org webpages for broad availability>
