When a profile has been reviewed and approved for publication
- The Authors inform the Secretariat that a document is ready for publication and provide the Word document.
- The Secretariat
- checks the minutes of the Biomarker and Coordinating Committees to confirm the approval results
- generates a PDF of the Profile document
- uploads the document to the Wiki - Upload file
- adds a link to the Profiles page in the appropriate stage- copy a link on that page to get the format right
- removes the old link on the Profiles page for this profile in prior stage if present
- <mirror up to the qiba.rsna.org webpages for broad availability>
