When a profile has been reviewed and approved for publication

  • The Authors inform the Secretariat that a document is ready for publication and provide the Word document.
  • The Secretariat (RSNA)
    • checks the minutes of the Biomarker and Coordinating Committees to confirm the approval results
    • generates a PDF of the Profile document
    • uploads the document to the Wiki - Upload file
    • adds a link to the Profiles page in the appropriate stage (copy an existing link on that page to get the format)
    • if there is an old link for this profile in prior stage on the Profiles page, removes that old link
    • may mirror some or all of the published Profiles on qiba.rsna.org webpages for broad availability
  • The Authors may also want to publicize the profile by:
