QIBA DRO Evaluation Tool (QDET)

The QIBA DRO Evaluation Tool (QDET) is a open source python software allowing to evaluate the results of DCE-MRI analysis software based on the General Kinetic Model (GKM) using digital reference object (DRO).

The QDET is an open source project. You can download the code ate the git-repository [1] The code can be download by typing "git clone https://bitbucket.org/hlaue/qiba-pdf-evaluation-tool.git" or by cloning the following address with a git-client: https://bitbucket.org/hlaue/qiba-pdf-evaluation-tool.git.
