Some decisions within QIBA are made by formal voting in Committee (as opposed to an email ballot).

Members attending the meeting who have Voting Privileges count towards quorum and may vote.

RSNA Staff maintains rosters for each committee indicating which members currently have voting privileges. Members who believe their attendance record is in error should contact the secretariat, preferably before the meeting.

The resulting tally should be included in the minutes of the meeting of the committee making the decision.

Negative votes and large numbers of abstentions are generally resolved by a Consensus Process.
