I just reviewed Bob Ford's comments (thank you Bob). I have two issues. One we discussed previously and that is having preset windows for the measurements and then allowing the readers to adjust if they feel it is indicated (mimic clinical practice) and it will be noted each time the reader does these adjustments. The second issue is having the slice identified ahead of time for the reader to make their measurement. Would it be better to allow the reader to determine the slide they wish to perform the measurement on - again simulating clinical practice?
